Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cyberpad.dll
2.Extract cyberpad.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cyberpad.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cyberpad.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cyberpad.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cyberpad.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cyberpad.dll and press Enter.
