Using the zip or rar file
1.Download C1 comp Mono.dll
2.Extract C1 comp Mono.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract C1 comp Mono.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting C1 comp Mono.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract C1 comp Mono.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place C1 comp Mono.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 C1 comp Mono.dll and press Enter.
