Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cc3290mt.dll
2.Extract cc3290mt.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cc3290mt.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cc3290mt.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cc3290mt.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cc3290mt.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cc3290mt.dll and press Enter.
