Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATITServerServices.dll
2.Extract CATITServerServices.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATITServerServices.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATITServerServices.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATITServerServices.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATITServerServices.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATITServerServices.dll and press Enter.
