Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATPinXCOServices.dll
2.Extract CATPinXCOServices.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATPinXCOServices.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATPinXCOServices.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATPinXCOServices.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATPinXCOServices.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATPinXCOServices.dll and press Enter.
