Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATSchIDLBasicImpl.dll
2.Extract CATSchIDLBasicImpl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATSchIDLBasicImpl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATSchIDLBasicImpl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATSchIDLBasicImpl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATSchIDLBasicImpl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATSchIDLBasicImpl.dll and press Enter.
