Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATTPSUIResources.dll
2.Extract CATTPSUIResources.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATTPSUIResources.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATTPSUIResources.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATTPSUIResources.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATTPSUIResources.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATTPSUIResources.dll and press Enter.
