Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmnwtlssettui.dll
2.Extract cmnwtlssettui.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmnwtlssettui.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmnwtlssettui.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmnwtlssettui.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmnwtlssettui.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmnwtlssettui.dll and press Enter.
