Using the zip or rar file
1.Download commondialogs.dll
2.Extract commondialogs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract commondialogs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting commondialogs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract commondialogs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place commondialogs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 commondialogs.dll and press Enter.
