Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAT3DXMLDocument.dll
2.Extract CAT3DXMLDocument.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAT3DXMLDocument.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAT3DXMLDocument.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAT3DXMLDocument.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAT3DXMLDocument.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAT3DXMLDocument.dll and press Enter.
