Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATV4ManufacturingBase.dll
2.Extract CATV4ManufacturingBase.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATV4ManufacturingBase.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATV4ManufacturingBase.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATV4ManufacturingBase.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATV4ManufacturingBase.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATV4ManufacturingBase.dll and press Enter.
