Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATV4ToV5Migration.dll
2.Extract CATV4ToV5Migration.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATV4ToV5Migration.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATV4ToV5Migration.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATV4ToV5Migration.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATV4ToV5Migration.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATV4ToV5Migration.dll and press Enter.
