Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CHTHSMKM15DLL.dll
2.Extract CHTHSMKM15DLL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CHTHSMKM15DLL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CHTHSMKM15DLL.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CHTHSMKM15DLL.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CHTHSMKM15DLL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CHTHSMKM15DLL.dll and press Enter.
