Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CIUtils.dll
2.Extract CIUtils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CIUtils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CIUtils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CIUtils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CIUtils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CIUtils.dll and press Enter.
