Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Conn2rdUiCom.dll
2.Extract Conn2rdUiCom.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Conn2rdUiCom.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Conn2rdUiCom.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Conn2rdUiCom.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Conn2rdUiCom.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Conn2rdUiCom.dll and press Enter.
