Using the zip or rar file
1.Download chsrom.dll
2.Extract chsrom.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract chsrom.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting chsrom.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract chsrom.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place chsrom.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 chsrom.dll and press Enter.
