Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ctbzi87q.dll
2.Extract ctbzi87q.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ctbzi87q.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ctbzi87q.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ctbzi87q.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ctbzi87q.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ctbzi87q.dll and press Enter.
