Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMur9Q.dll
2.Extract CNMur9Q.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMur9Q.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMur9Q.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMur9Q.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMur9Q.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMur9Q.dll and press Enter.
