Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CPSCommonTools.dll
2.Extract CPSCommonTools.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CPSCommonTools.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CPSCommonTools.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CPSCommonTools.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CPSCommonTools.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CPSCommonTools.dll and press Enter.
