Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CanonIPPH264DecLib.dll
2.Extract CanonIPPH264DecLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CanonIPPH264DecLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CanonIPPH264DecLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CanonIPPH264DecLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CanonIPPH264DecLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CanonIPPH264DecLib.dll and press Enter.
