Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CyraCoeOut.dll
2.Extract CyraCoeOut.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CyraCoeOut.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CyraCoeOut.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CyraCoeOut.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CyraCoeOut.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CyraCoeOut.dll and press Enter.
