Using the zip or rar file
1.Download catsysts.dll
2.Extract catsysts.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract catsysts.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting catsysts.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract catsysts.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place catsysts.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 catsysts.dll and press Enter.
