Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATGVCServicesUI.dll
2.Extract CATGVCServicesUI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATGVCServicesUI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATGVCServicesUI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATGVCServicesUI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATGVCServicesUI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATGVCServicesUI.dll and press Enter.
