Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CTPackageUI.dll
2.Extract CTPackageUI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CTPackageUI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CTPackageUI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CTPackageUI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CTPackageUI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CTPackageUI.dll and press Enter.
