Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATCndPartPlace.dll
2.Extract CATCndPartPlace.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATCndPartPlace.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATCndPartPlace.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATCndPartPlace.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATCndPartPlace.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATCndPartPlace.dll and press Enter.
