Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATEleEnoviaV5.dll
2.Extract CATEleEnoviaV5.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATEleEnoviaV5.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATEleEnoviaV5.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATEleEnoviaV5.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATEleEnoviaV5.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATEleEnoviaV5.dll and press Enter.
