Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATTPSLightItf.dll
2.Extract CATTPSLightItf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATTPSLightItf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATTPSLightItf.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATTPSLightItf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATTPSLightItf.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATTPSLightItf.dll and press Enter.
