Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCU4USR.dll
2.Extract CCU4USR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCU4USR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCU4USR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CCU4USR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCU4USR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CCU4USR.dll and press Enter.
