Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CP124TCH89bWZ.dll
2.Extract CP124TCH89bWZ.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CP124TCH89bWZ.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CP124TCH89bWZ.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CP124TCH89bWZ.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CP124TCH89bWZ.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
