Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CPXMLParser.dll
2.Extract CPXMLParser.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CPXMLParser.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CPXMLParser.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CPXMLParser.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CPXMLParser.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CPXMLParser.dll and press Enter.
