Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSharpUtilities.dll
2.Extract CSharpUtilities.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSharpUtilities.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSharpUtilities.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSharpUtilities.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSharpUtilities.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSharpUtilities.dll and press Enter.
