Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CddbLangFRSMS.dll
2.Extract CddbLangFRSMS.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CddbLangFRSMS.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CddbLangFRSMS.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CddbLangFRSMS.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CddbLangFRSMS.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CddbLangFRSMS.dll and press Enter.
