Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CertMain.dll
2.Extract CertMain.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CertMain.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CertMain.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CertMain.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CertMain.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CertMain.dll and press Enter.
