Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Chr84902.dll
2.Extract Chr84902.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Chr84902.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Chr84902.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Chr84902.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Chr84902.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Chr84902.dll and press Enter.
