Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ClassLibrary1.dll
2.Extract ClassLibrary1.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ClassLibrary1.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ClassLibrary1.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ClassLibrary1.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ClassLibrary1.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ClassLibrary1.dll and press Enter.
