Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CmsSerialPort.dll
2.Extract CmsSerialPort.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CmsSerialPort.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CmsSerialPort.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CmsSerialPort.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CmsSerialPort.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CmsSerialPort.dll and press Enter.
