Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CostAmortizeBillQSvc.dll
2.Extract CostAmortizeBillQSvc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CostAmortizeBillQSvc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CostAmortizeBillQSvc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CostAmortizeBillQSvc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CostAmortizeBillQSvc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CostAmortizeBillQSvc.dll and press Enter.
