Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CryptoPP530Fips32.dll
2.Extract CryptoPP530Fips32.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CryptoPP530Fips32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CryptoPP530Fips32.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CryptoPP530Fips32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CryptoPP530Fips32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CryptoPP530Fips32.dll and press Enter.
