Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CustomException.dll
2.Extract CustomException.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CustomException.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CustomException.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CustomException.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CustomException.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CustomException.dll and press Enter.
