Using the zip or rar file
1.Download camwia.dll
2.Extract camwia.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract camwia.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting camwia.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract camwia.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place camwia.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 camwia.dll and press Enter.
