Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cqlang.dll
2.Extract cqlang.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cqlang.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cqlang.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cqlang.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cqlang.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cqlang.dll and press Enter.
