Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cwbsom08.dll
2.Extract cwbsom08.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cwbsom08.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cwbsom08.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cwbsom08.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cwbsom08.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cwbsom08.dll and press Enter.
