Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATSesBackbone.dll
2.Extract CATSesBackbone.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATSesBackbone.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATSesBackbone.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATSesBackbone.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATSesBackbone.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATSesBackbone.dll and press Enter.
