Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMNPR24FI.dll
2.Extract CNMNPR24FI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMNPR24FI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMNPR24FI.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMNPR24FI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMNPR24FI.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMNPR24FI.dll and press Enter.
