Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CdpAccessorDll.dll
2.Extract CdpAccessorDll.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CdpAccessorDll.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CdpAccessorDll.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CdpAccessorDll.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CdpAccessorDll.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CdpAccessorDll.dll and press Enter.
