Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CodecWrapperLib.dll
2.Extract CodecWrapperLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CodecWrapperLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CodecWrapperLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CodecWrapperLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CodecWrapperLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CodecWrapperLib.dll and press Enter.
