Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CommonUI66U.dll
2.Extract CommonUI66U.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CommonUI66U.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CommonUI66U.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CommonUI66U.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CommonUI66U.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CommonUI66U.dll and press Enter.
