Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CrlWTC114.dll
2.Extract CrlWTC114.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CrlWTC114.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CrlWTC114.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CrlWTC114.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CrlWTC114.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CrlWTC114.dll and press Enter.
