Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CsiSD.dll
2.Extract CsiSD.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CsiSD.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CsiSD.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CsiSD.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CsiSD.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CsiSD.dll and press Enter.
