Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtsPlugInManagerCht.dll
2.Extract CtsPlugInManagerCht.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtsPlugInManagerCht.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtsPlugInManagerCht.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtsPlugInManagerCht.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtsPlugInManagerCht.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtsPlugInManagerCht.dll and press Enter.
